PhD from UNED and Engineer in Computer Science with an MBA from EOI with more than 15 years’ experience in the mobile and ICT industry. He is responsible for the ADN strategy, day-to-day operations and external relations.
Dr. Abel Rionda
CEO and co-founder
Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the private and public sector of ICT business and technology.. Fernando is responsible for ADN business development and internationalization strategy.
Fernando Aparicio
CCO and co-founder
Ph.D. in Telec. Engineering and an MBA from the Business School of the University of Oviedo. He is certified in the management of IT services (ITIL Foundation) and project management (CAPM), with more than 10 years of experience.

Technical Computer Engineer from the University of Oviedo. He has more than 25 years of experience in the development of IT projects. He is responsible for the ADN Dev Team, evaluates new technologies and implements them for the continuous improvement of Bledsystem”.

More than 25 years of experience in the road transport sector and more than 15 years as a Trainer Technician in different driving techniques for light and heavy vehicles. He is an accredited trainer in defensive & efficient driving and head of training at Bled.
Javier Peláez

Advanced technician in Administration of Computer Systems in Network, Microsoft MCITP, C.P. in computer security, as well as other qualifications in networks and systems. More than 7 years of experience in network and systems administration. He is IT Manager of ADN.

In continuous collaboration with ADN, the group of Xabiel has been working in the field of vehicle mobility and efficient and safe driving since 2011 (location, mobility, mobile transmissions, electric vehicle, etc.).
